What do I do if my tracking update says "delivered" but I did not receive my package?

3 Marias shipments do not require a signature upon delivery, except those sent via FedEX with fine jewelry. While all
shipping carriers are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, we will do everything we can to make sure you
get your product. If you receive a “delivered” message from our carrier but do not receive your package, please
contact the carrier after you’ve checked the entire premise of your home. If you are not able to track down your
package through the carrier, our store policy will allow us to either reissue your order or offer you store credit
within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date.

How do I clean my jewelry?

The best way to clean your 18k solid gold and Sterling Silver jewelry is by soaking your jewelry in warm water with a mild
liquid detergent or soap. After letting your jewelry soak for three or four minutes, rinse under slow running water and pat
dry with a soft cloth.

Can I workout / swim whit my jewelry?

We recommend avoid wearing your jewelry when engaging in intensive physical work such as exercising, gardening and household
cleaning. Your jewelry may come in contact and scratch from abrasive materials.
